John Sabol

John Sabol leads Strategy, Marketing, and Sales at SolutionSet, a business intelligence firm purpose-built by former PE-backed operators. Drawing on 30 years of experience in CEO, director, and investor roles across both Fortune 1000 and growth-stage companies, John brings a proven ability to scale organizations through data-driven decision-making and disciplined execution.

At SolutionSet, he focuses on helping clients turn fragmented system data into actionable insight—powering performance, accountability, and growth.

Previously, John served in leadership roles at Dapper & Dashing, HPI, Pinnacle Promotions, Hartwell Apparel, Russell Athletic, Coca-Cola, and Ford. He holds an MBA from Duke University.

Off the clock, John enjoys global travel with his family and is on a mission to play the world’s top 100 golf courses.

Jason Burr

With over 25 years in C-level, investor, and advisory roles across tech and consumer businesses, he’s known for building scalable, insight-driven solutions for high-growth and high-complexity clients.

At SolutionSet, Jason drives data architecture, AI integration, and analytics strategy—ensuring clients unlock measurable value from their data.

He has held leadership roles at ZeeWise, Dapper & Dashing, Rock N Roll Sushi, Pinnacle Promotions, and Tail Activewear, among others. Jason holds degrees from Duke and the University of Georgia.

Outside the office, you’ll find him at a concert, wake surfing on Lake Hartwell, or building custom guitars in his garage.

John Connell leads Strategy, Customer Success, and Finance at SolutionSet, where he helps clients unlock value through data-driven insights and disciplined execution. With 13 years of experience across equity-backed manufacturing, SaaS, logistics, and services businesses, John blends financial expertise with deep BI fluency to guide clients through integrations, capital raises, and value creation.

At SolutionSet, he oversees client engagement, reporting strategy, and internal financial operations—ensuring delivery excellence and long-term partnership success.

John has advised or led over 50 companies, including Dixie Tank, DJ Powers, Cape Cod Stone, and StrainSeekr. He holds a degree from the University of Alabama.

Outside of work, he enjoys time on Lake Lanier, road trips across the U.S., and college football Saturdays in Tuscaloosa.

With a background in finance, manufacturing, and data analytics, she brings a unique ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable intelligence.

Before joining SolutionSet, Alexandra worked as a Financial and Manufacturing Analyst in the CPG industry and as a Data Analyst in the automotive sector. Her experience spans multiple industries, where she built reporting solutions that improved operational performance and empowered smarter decision-making.

She holds a Finance degree and an MBA from Kennesaw State University.

Based in Atlanta, Alexandra enjoys exploring new places, mentoring future analysts, and staying on top of trends in BI and visualization design.

Lok Acharya, PhD

VP, Solutions & Innovation

Lok Acharya leads SolutionSet’s Data Engineering and Development Operations teams, where he drives innovation across our BI platform architecture, ETL pipelines, and custom data solutions. With deep technical expertise and a track record of delivering scalable systems across multiple industries, Lok ensures our clients’ data infrastructures are reliable, efficient, and built to grow.

Lok holds a PhD in Systems Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Purbanchal University in Nepal.

Based in Duluth, GA, Lok enjoys spending time with his family and staying curious about emerging technologies in AI, automation, and data architecture.

Chris Miller-Hill

With deep expertise in FP&A and a sharp eye for metrics that matter, Chris ensures every dashboard is grounded in strategic relevance and financial impact.
Prior to joining SolutionSet, Chris worked as an investment banking analyst at Clarity Capital and Hancock Advisors.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Alabama’s Manderson Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Finance and Economics from the University of Alabama.

Chris is based in Atlanta, GA, where he enjoys hiking, exploring the outdoors, and working alongside clients to bring clarity to complex financial data.

Kelly Morgan

Manager, Client Services

Kelly Morgan supports SolutionSet’s Development Operations and Customer Success teams, with a focus on optimizing internal processes, managing cross-functional initiatives, and improving business efficiency.

She brings a background in operations management, customer service, and project coordination—along with a strong understanding of workforce planning and scheduling to help streamline processes and enhance client experience.

Before joining SolutionSet, Kelly held an operations role at The Revival Golf Course at the Crescent in North Carolina. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Kennesaw State University.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking, and golf cart rides.

Jack Sabol supports SolutionSet’s Development Operations and Customer Success teams, with a focus on applying emerging technologies to enhance performance, reduce costs, and streamline delivery.

He brings a background in fintech, cybersecurity, and data analytics—along with a strong understanding of next-gen AI tools that power smarter client implementations.

Before joining SolutionSet, Jack held data analytics roles at Lovell Minnick Partners in New York and Growth Lending in London. He holds a Master’s degree in Digital Business & Innovation from IE Business School in Madrid and a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia.

Based in Atlanta, Jack enjoys traveling, hiking, music, and studying foreign languages.

Aidan Hollidge

Analyst, Analytics & FP&A

Aidan supports Client Success and Account Management at SolutionSet, helping clients translate business needs into actionable analytics and BI solutions. With expertise in FP&A, KPIs, and metrics, Aidan ensures the right data, gets to the right people, at the right time.

Prior to joining SolutionSet, Aidan worked as an Asset Management Analyst at Madison Capital, as well as internships at Houlihan Lokey & Turning Rock Partners

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and studied at The London School of Economics.

Aidan is based in Atlanta, GA, where he enjoys spending time with friends, concerts, and playing golf.
